48-hour hire
Equipment prices cover up to 48 hours. Extra-day rates are listed with each item and calculated for your dates.
Pickup or delivery
Collect from Kingsley, or arrange delivery and collection. Each trip is $10 for every started 10 km.
Refundable bond
Your hire fee secures the booking. The bond is due by handover and returned after inspection, less any applicable charges.
How do I book?
Build your setup, then send an obligation-free booking request with your dates and handover details. We confirm availability in writing before sending your invoice through Square. No payment is taken when you submit a request.
How long is the hire period?
The listed equipment prices cover up to 48 hours. Longer hires are welcome: each product shows its extra-day rate, and your booking request calculates the total for your selected times.
Can I collect, or do you deliver?
Choose pickup from Kingsley, WA 6026, or Pulse Party Hire delivery. You can choose a different option for your return. Delivery and collection are each $10 for every started 10 km, calculated from the address in your request. Exact handover details are confirmed with your booking.
How do the equipment savings work?
Save $5 for each main equipment item after the first. Selected stands, AUX cables, extension leads and power boards are included free with main equipment, or $5 each on their own. Add the accessories you need to your setup; all savings are shown before you request a booking.
When do I pay the hire fee and security bond?
The required hire payment or agreed part payment secures your equipment. The refundable security bond is due by pickup or delivery and can be paid separately. Choose cash or card and your payment preference in the booking request. We confirm the schedule on your invoice.
What do I need at pickup or delivery?
Bring valid government-issued photo identification matching the booking name, and ensure your hire fee and required bond are paid. Sign your hire contract through the customer portal before handover. We demonstrate and check the equipment with you.
When is my security bond returned?
After the equipment is returned and inspected, the bond is refunded less any applicable charges for damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning or late return. The bond is separate from your hire fee; replacement values are shown in your hire contract.
